The Hotel

The Caroline is fully comprised of updated rooms and amenities to give you the most enjoyable stay in South Florida at a low price.

Free blazing fast wireless internet, flat screen televisions, new appliances, laundry facilities, and gorgeous grounds. We do not charge booking fees and offer a personal guarantee on all reservations. All personal information you provide is confidential. The Caroline is a 15-unit building with views on the Intracoastal and newly redeveloped recreation areas.

Terms and Conditions

  • Parking

    Guests are welcome to park in any of our designated areas of our properties for a fee of $20.00. Please make sure your parking permit is visible from your rear-view mirror or dashboard of your vehicle for easy identification. All permits are valid till 11am on check out date. If you would like to extend your parking for a brief time, please refer to the receptionist area, parking after hours is UPON AVAILABILITY. Failure to abide by these by no permit, pass due permit, or not informing an agent will result in a tow of your vehicle at your own expense. Parking permits can be purchase upon check-in.

  • Internet

    WE OFFER IT, AND IT IS INCLUDED WITH THE HOTEL FEE. Please keep the passcode that we give you at check-in to yourself & your party only.

  • Check-in / Check-out

    REGULAR CHECK-IN  TIME IS 3PM. Should you like to check-in earlier, please reach out and we will try to accommodate based upon availability. REGULAR CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11AM. Late check-out options are upon availability excluded but not limited to; Monday to Thursday $35.00 until 2 pm, $55  until 4 pm and Friday to Sunday $55  until 2 pm, $75 plus tax until 4pm. Guest who do not inform a front desk agent that does not check out by 3pm will be charged automatically for another night as you will be considered a stay over. Your card will be charged the current rate available online.

  • Smoking

    Our rooms are SMOKE-FREE and there is a smoking fee of $250.00 for smoking inside the room.

  • No Pets Policy

    Pets are NOT allowed and there is a penalty of $250.00 for bringing pets onto the property.



  • Cancellations

    All charges are final and we do not offer any REFUNDS for early check-out or cancellations.
